Within 72 hours of delivery, if the account exhibits any quality issues not caused by user behavior, we provide a free replacement or full refund.

Resolution Workflow

Step 2

Submit Claim

Contact Telegram customer support with your Order ID, TXID, and login screenshot.

Step 3

Verification

Support verifies the claim details and checks the backend logs within 6 hours.

Step 4

Refund or Replace

Once approved, we issue a replacement account or refund your USDT within 24 hours.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement

  • Account cannot log in within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Delivered credentials mismatch with the purchased tier type.
  • Account banned during the warranty period (without user policy violations).
  • Payment confirmed but credentials not delivered.

Not Eligible for Warranty Claims

  • Issues reported after the 72-hour warranty period has expired.
  • User changed login passwords, binded numbers, causing security bans.
  • User violated social platform usage rules leading to automated blocks.
  • Account blocked due to illegal/scam activities carried out by the user.
  • Login blocked due to dirty proxy or VPN used by the user.
  • Subjective issues (e.g. account does not have enough marketing activity).

Important Notices

  • Refunds are processed back to the original USDT (TRC20) wallet within 24 hours of approval.
  • Network gas fees are covered by CNWePro; you will receive the exact purchase value.
  • Replacement accounts are delivered instantly upon support verification.
